Welcome to UpSports Academy. These Terms & Conditions govern enrollment, training, and participation in our football academy programs. By registering a player or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Academy Services

UpSports Academy provides youth football coaching, training sessions, match exposure, fitness development, and related academy services. Program details, schedules, and fees are communicated at enrollment and may vary by age group, batch, and location.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Players must meet the age and skill requirements of the selected program.
  • Parents or legal guardians must provide accurate student information, emergency contacts, and medical details where requested.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after academy approval and payment of applicable fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Fees & Payments

  • Tuition, admission, and other fees must be paid according to the billing schedule issued by the academy.
  • Late or overdue fees may result in suspension from training until the outstanding balance is cleared.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are handled as per the academy's refund policy communicated at enrollment. Admission fees and consumed sessions may be non-refundable.

4. Attendance & Conduct

Players are expected to attend sessions regularly, arrive on time, wear appropriate kit, and follow coach instructions. The academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment for repeated absences, misconduct, unsafe behaviour, or disrespect toward staff, players, or facilities.

5. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians must disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, or allergies. Participation in football involves physical activity and inherent risk. UpSports Academy takes reasonable safety measures but is not liable for injuries arising from normal sporting activity except where required by applicable law.

6. Media & Promotional Use

Training photos, match footage, and academy events may be used for website, social media, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted to the academy office.

7. Parent & Guardian Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of players.
  • Maintain updated contact details and fee payments.
  • Support the academy's coaching philosophy and code of conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpSports Academy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, indirect losses, or events beyond reasonable control (including venue closures, weather, or force majeure).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
